Our Cooking Course Program is the same for both Lunch and Dinner.
You Learn to cook 4 dishes with your choice from:
Appetizer, salad or noodle, soup, main course, dessert

10:00-11:00 hrs/16:00-17:00 hrs.:

- Local Thai fresh market tour
- Briefing of basic Thai cooking using vegetables, herbs and seasoning sauces .
- Knowledge of basic THAI food terms

11:00-13:00 hrs./17:00-19:00 hrs.

- Hands-on preparation of all 4 chosen dishes step by step in a real Thai home
- Eating what you have just cooked !
